Whenever they tried to deny coverage for parts of the project, Garrett stepped in with his knowledge of building codes and expertise, ensuring everything necessary was approved and covered. Thanks to him, the entire process was stress-free—I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I unfortunately had a large oak tree land on my home on 01/10/25 which I have never experienced before. I was Truly Blessed to cross paths with Halo Roofing and Restoration LLC. I was treated with so much Kindness, and Professional Service that went above and beyond that I thank God for such a Honest and Professional Experience with this company in a situation that I have never been in. I will Always recommend this Professional and Honest Company. My wife and I both had an amazing experience during the entire process of having our roof replaced.
They took the time to sit down with us and explain problem areas and offered solutions to address them in a language we could understand.
Garrett was extremely knowledgeable and went to work right a way with dealing with our insurance to get our home protected from the weather.
With Garrett’s knowledge and experience he was able to show hail damage where other companies failed and couldn’t get the claim approved.
The work was outstanding and they cleaned up as if they were never there.

As a Real Estate Agent, it's important that I have local contacts to provide to my clients that provide the highest level of service. In many cases, we have to have roof repairs or roof replacement in order to close the loan per an appraiser or an insurance company. I continue to be very impressed with Halo Roofing. Zac with Halo was extremely helpful and thorough, walking me through every step and providing me with three different estimates to make sure I understood my options. The pricing was very fair on all options. After signing the contract for roof replacement, Zac kept me updated daily with estimated install date due to brief weather delay. Material showed up on time and one day before the crew was onsite. The crew was very friendly and hard working. Entire job was completed in a single day! New, upgraded roof is beautiful and expertly installed. Zac followed up the next day with a site walk to ensure all materials and trash was collected.

From first meeting to full competition of our roof, gutter, soffit replacement and stucco repair, all the result of a hail storm, our experience with Garrett and his Halo team members was outstanding. Working with our insurance adjuster, Garrett made sure that all the damages from the storm were properly documented and his actions ensured that our insurance company had all the necessary information to process a claim which fully accounted for all storm damages. The roof replacement included a large area of copper which covers a dormer. The craftsmanship that went into that was outstanding. Garrett's recommendations about our roofing choice also enhanced the look of our home.
